Perimeter is 130 cm

Area is 640 cm²

Perimeter: just add the sides

40+25+30+12 is 107 Then we find the sides we don't know

for the very top side you do 40-30 to find that it is 10cm

Now for the left side it is 25-12 which is 13cm

now you add then 107+10+13=130cm

Now to find the area you do 25×40 which is 1000

now do 12×30 which is 360

finally do 1000-360=640 cm²

Please brainlest and thank and rate....if you want
