Explain the difference between the radius and diameter of a circle.

the radius of a circle half of the circle. it is measured by the middle of the circle to the circle. the diameter is the entire width of a circle. so say the diameter of a circle is 12, that means the radius of that circle is 6 since that is half 12. say the radius is 5, the diameter would be 10 since 5 x 2 is 10!!
